hi all

well quick up date. both ladies are doing great feeding and shedding well and putting on weight nicely.freyja is on small weaners now,Gaia hasn't shown big interest in rats yet but have some large mice as well so not pushing the matter just yet. both very settled and handling well. My two corns have now settled well and feeding when they should( with out heating food. bonus!)

so the time has come to get another one. I was hoping to get a Irian Jaya Carpet Python. but none about at the money I want to pay. Very very nearly bought a Coastal Carpet python not at all put of by the potential 10ft of snake. Then i thought NO! I'll hold off and wait and get a pastel royal.

well guess what I'm picking up on Wednesday.? thats right you guessed it A new Normal Royal. 4 months old. swapping one of my fish tanks for it. and its setup. ( doing to save the poor thing as much as anything else as it is being kept in a 3ft glass viv all sides open heated by an un stated un guarded heat lamp.

well get some pics up of it when I can. i'll have to bring it to tony to get it popped as the fella has no idea what it is. also picking up a pennie viv from some one else on the same night for £20. bargain.

so apart from the washing machine blowing up followed a day later by the tumble dyer all is good in the world.LOL

Congrats spor, hope your new one isn't too stressed out for you and you don't have to go through the non-eating again.

yeah .hope the same. looks healthy in pic and i asked him to weigh it and he came back with 100g so if thats true it must be eating ok. it is a bit sad as the guy i'm geting it from has it setup as per pet shop instructions. so yet another one. pet shops not having a clue and not bothering to check.
