i have only transferred photos from my laptop onto profiles and that but dont know how you do it via a website unless i am reading it wrong any help would be appreciated

Upload a picture to www.photobucket.com then copy and paste the IMG file into here or your signature in your profile.

cool cool on my picture it is when i have removed his rock is it ok to handle him straight from that position or wait till he starts slithering about.

fine to handle in that position mate. TBH it's generally rare that a royal bites, though it does happen.
I find a little touch so they know you are there and then pickup.
