Royals only go for twosies every 6-8 weeks, unless its not feeding and then it could be longer. A warm bath is very good way of getting a snake to go...the warm water relaxes them...
....however, unless there is an obvious blockage/bulge near the vent, there is no need. As Daz says, its not unusual for them to only go every few weeks or even only when they shed.
