I just split up with my partner of 2 years 2moz..........He kept lieing and constanly treated me bad......threatend 2 hit me 2wice and constanly givin me grief............finally ended it with him 2nite :) im upset but im shore ill be ok.

An ex girlfriend of mine used to keep hitting me (I was brought up in the old school of you don't hit women not matter what they do) 'til I got fed up one day, picked her up and threw her into a hedge, went home and packed my bags. Funny thing was that she was only 5'1" and the hedge that I threw her into was getting on for 6' tall and very dense. Not sure how long it took her to get out .
I've now been married for nearly 11 years to a woman that I love just as much as when I first met her and we have 5 children together. I suppose that the point I'm trying to make is that things will get better Katy and that not all of us men are apes who can't control their fists. We're not all bad mate.
im sorry to hear about your break up and i know that you will feel a bit down for a while but you have done the right thing. i stayed with my ex husband for seven years, thinking that i could make him change but he nearly killed me twice he was so violent. i am now with a lovely man who would never even think about raising his hand to me. hang in there girl, take some time out for yourself and you will find love again one day with a great guy. paulusworm is right, not all men are b*******s!

Bad luck mate, it'll get easier with time. As much as that sounds like a cliche... it's totally true. Sounds like you're better off without him. Now's the time to build yourself some confidence and start thinking about the things that YOU want out of life. Yer thats it ya no new year new start......I no there are some great men out there buh there either gay or hitched. As i have said before at the moment im gunna get me head strait and njus try n find meself a nice girl lol.......for once im gunna try and be happy......
