mine has been eating his dry, or i do effort to keep it dry!

Yeah the rat was slightly damp as I defrost in hot water. I dabbed it off with some kitchen towel before offering it to Ripley so that it wasn't sopping wet! I don't think it makes much difference to them whether it's a dry rodent or a damp rodent!

The rat is wet, the snake looks dry to me.
