Got Buggy out for a bit yesterday. Bless him, he was very good... he didn't even strike at me this time, which is a definite improvement. So the handling went really well, but getting him back into his RUB was a bit of a mission! He was determined not to be put back and wrapped himself like a knot around my thumb. It actually went a bit numb, which I thought was pretty impressive considering his size. I couldn't even unwrap him from the tail upwards, he just squeezed so tight that his body went flat and my thumb went dead! Little bugger. Got him back eventually though.
He's munching down rat pups with enthusiasm every 5 days and is growing really fast. He's already markedly larger than he was a few weeks ago. His colour is darkening and improving as well... reckon we can't be far off a shed considering how much he's grown. Here are some piccies of him pretending to be a knotted shoelace.

He looks great...
They are quite strong. Bruce likes to hold on pretty tight sometimes.
