I bought him as a normal, no, unfortunately he hasn't got green eyes.

Thanks for the replies, he was bought as a normal, they didn't say anything about having pastel in him, to be perfectly honest, i haven't studied his eyes, i must look closer, but they look normal to me.
I had a choice of 3 when i got him, i chose him because of the bright colours.
