Hello all, after having my Royal for 5 weeks (how time flies), and 4 successful feeds she's went into shed for the first time with me. I've put a couple moist hides in and plan on misting the tank a couple times a day like I do with my corns and kings.
Is there anything else I should be doing?
Many thanks for any advice,

No, in fact I wouldn't bother misting either personally. |

would give the misting a miss myself as well. with a couple of moist hide there she will be able to gain all the additional moisture she requires, if at all |

Just keep her moist hide damp and she should be fine |

Cheers for the advice folks. She shed today. It was nearly perfect, just a little bit of retained shed at the tip of her tail, which came off easily with a little soak and a damp cloth. She also did it inside her hide. I came into the room and noticed that her hot end hide was moving about. I peered inside and she was going round in circles, and when she was done she went straight for a drink :) |
