Hey all.

Just a random question...my royal has decided he likes sleeping on top of his hide for the last few days. Should I be concerned? >.> It just seems rather odd.

My royal (no name yet...)only had him a few days nd he`s spent the last few hours in the hide on cool side nd every so often he keeps poking his head out then going back in, is it normal for him to spend so long on the cool side (26oC) and to keep popping in and out..

Many thanks Aaron

(im sure its nothing to worry about but just to make sure)

He'll still be exploring - shows he's alert. My lad's favourite hide is on his cool side. I was going to say it's going to be warmer at this time of year ... um, well ...

Not at all, better to ask than worry - though I'm no expert - have had corns for a while but I'm only a month ahead of you with royals. All the best!

He's probably stressed with the moving. Leave him alone for a week to recover.
