So proud of my hubby, he has just finished making Beau's new viv, just thought i would share some photo's of him exploring his new pad, still need to get him so other bits to go in there but he has everything he needs at present and lots more room to move around.
And he ate last night for the first time in 4 weeks!!!!!

Yes, it is oak, was told that i did not need to strip it as its oak, and just make sure it was bone dry before putting it in, have i been misinformed?

We gave it a jet wash before drying it, got most of the moss off, but obviously some has stayed on, dont want to put Beau's health at risk!

Definitely need to rub down and bleach or bake any wood found from outside. Here's a great thread BE has done for some info.
