Can anyone suggest a quick efficient way of defrosting a mouse please? I usually leave one out all day to defrost at room temperature, but forgot to get one out this morning

I cant feed him tomorrow because im not in
Ive tried feeding him tonight, but no luck, so have left it in his hide for now
He's been really jumpy lately, especially after his shed, is there any reason for this?
