Same as with a royal, check scales, round eyes and chin etc for mites. Temprement is likely a bit fiesty, its what they do best. Check the guys hands, if he is covered in bites you know why its up for sale, PMSL. Good luck with it, hope it is a great bargain.

Kings are great snakes, but as Lotabob has said have a good look over the snake, does it look healthy, does it look under or overweight and get a full history and age, if the guy is just wanting rid he may not be all that forthcoming. Kings do have reputation for being feisty, slightly unwarranted in my opinion.

The price is very low so be cautious, or you may just have been incredibly lucky.

It does sound to good to be true, but somethings are like that. I bet the guy is genuine, and the worst the snake could be is underweight, mite ridden with in proper houseing ie, no heat mat or stat.
The guy might just want rid of it.
Good luck, and if u do buy, we want pics

it was pretty basic just a mat kitchen roll and 1 hide she was pretty long but looked a bit skinny but overall it was a nice looking snake shame it was just too feisty.

Oh I'd have bought her becuase she was fiesty, such character and a little challenge, calm the beast. Go on, do it, you know you want to, or if its in Northern Ireland i'll take her.
