Hello everyone
There are some great usernames on here, I was wondering the meaning of and reasons for choosing some of the more cryptic ones.
Mine stems from a desire to incorporate the word 'Royal' in a desperate search for a half decent pun. Its debateable whether I succeeded or not! I was under the impression that The Royal Scandal was a Sherlock Holmes case, then found it was originally called 'A Scandal in Bohemia'.
But enough of my nerdiness! Replies welcome  |

Ha, if you're a nerd then so am I! That's the story with Irene Adler in it, isn't it?
Reptile Danny did a thread on this a while back, but no harm in redoing the subject - might even tempt those who didn't admit where they'd got their names from to reveal all ...
I'm BurnedAtTheStake because I'm a Pagan, and also got flamed on that other forum that dare not speak its name...
I'm also BATS because I'm bipolar ... makes for an interesting life lol! |

Well, my username is kinda two bits of things stuck together.
Blue was my nickname as a kid/teenager for several reasons. I have blue eyes, my favourite colour is blue, but also 'cause I'm the opposite of girly so I was called blue 'cause it's the colour for boys... it made more sense back then.
I'm and artist... apparently. And I'm very well known for my Dragons, and used to be dubbed as 'The Dragon Lass' : )
Another little peice of info: My artist singnature name is Blue. Copyrighted 'n' everything. Oh, and I was born on the year of the Dragon!
So it only makes sense to be called BlueDragon, yes? It's the same username I use for the two other forums I'm part of too.

mine is not very exciting. im a metal fan and and the black comes from slipknot (black goat picture they have on one of there albums)
i didn't want to totally rip them off so changed the goat to skull |

My name is purely my favourite footie teams nickname plus my name.
Proper rubbish just like the team, but still better than what my name was showing as the last time this thread was run.
