I started a thread a while ago asking about the eccentric habits of peoples reptiles. Well Karla the cali has found a new interest. As I sit working at my desk or enjoying this website, Karla slithers across the floor and starts to climb up my trouser leg. She keeps on going and forces me to undo my strides to let her out the top end. Needless to say a chap starts to worry about the old meat and two veg. She's never bitten me yet, but man, that would be a terrible place to start. My wife has never been very happy about working at the computer when Karla's lurking around, but now she really is windy about it. I'm just glad the mating season is over.
My wife would say Lotabob was right. Karla's due out no, so it's bike clips on. Tawfik, she's just come out of the non-feeding phase hence the anxiety. I've got 2 kids and don't want any more, but that would have been an extreme form of contraception.
Contraception by appointment or Royal reductions. I don't know why I'm doing royal jokes about it though. Karla's a king snake. Mind you, still royalty I suppose and royalty does have a reputation for finding interest in the contents of others trousers. How about; Stop reproducing and let the snake in. or; Let Karla get her teeth in and reduce your kingpin. Sorry. I think I'd better go and have a lie down.
