OK the beast, the Duke of Hazard has been out today to get weighed and measured. He isn't empty but I like to keep a peg on his progress. So length: 37.5 Inches, Weight: 767 Grams.
And here he is.
God I love this big fella. |

July 2010. He was about 2 and a half feet when I got him. He a 100% rat fed monster, its the only reason I can think as to his quick growth. He has gained half a foot since February. |

He has had a few misses but only while settling in and shedding.
I'm not making any predictions I just hope its about 5 foot or he'll not fit his custom viv. |

I'm sure he'll be more than happy in a 3 foot by 2 foot viv even if he sneaks over the 5 foot mark. (I've a secret little party trick in my viv stack, the back can be moved back by an extra 6 inches into the ventilation section to make it 3 foot by 2.5 foot, clever huh).
He does make quick work of the rats, he took his first adult rat on Friday, was incredible. |

He's only young, not counting the chickens just yet (cant Duke would eat them) maybe next season he'll be thinking lady snakes and not be quite so good, time will tell. |
