Nice feeding day - cool pics! Congrats!
I do like rat snakes - I met one briefly - his owners couldn't get him out of the viv but being a showoff I tried and picked him up ...he was shocked rigid, literally, but then gave me a little nip, just for his self respect, understandable. He was for sale and I really was quite tempted until he made a terrible smell and stuck his tail up my sleeve just as his vent began to bulge ...I replaced him pdq but despite the musking still wish I'd bought him...
Your guy's a beauty ...oh for infinite funds and space and infinite snakes eh? |

hes an ace little snake with a bit of attitude, still rattles his tail and gets into the strike pose when i pick him up an rattles his tail alot while eating. but only been tagged once by him. since getting him ive only seen one for sale, they dont seem to be that common from what ive found |

I've seen a few on Blue Lizard's site and preloved ...they really are nice snakes, lol, love it when they tail rattle - my Ziska (gopher) rattles when eating, handling, bathing ...that is really something, a snake wrapped round your hands, making faces at you and the old tail whirring away ...do love feisty snakes! |
