Hi all
I have weighed Oscar and he is now 907g. The reason I weighed him was because I was a bit concerned that I am not feeding him the correct size rats. At the moment he is on XL weaners which are on average 80g. Do you think I need to move him up to the next size as he seems hungry between feeds, but the small rats just look enormous!!! I can't imagine him getting that into his tiny little mouth, Lol
Any ideas would be much appreciated thankyou

Hi, the tiny neck expands ...Here is Shahi, yet again, turning himself into a royal tube lol ...bit scary though I agree!

I've always followed Blackecho's guide of feeding 10/15% of the snake's weight; however, if in doubt, a smaller prey size does no harm imo.

If he's restless between feeds, it may be due to it's being that time of year when a royal lad's thoughts turn to the lasses. Hope this helps.
