Well Oscar refused his meal last night! No interest at all. Left it in the viv overnight and still there this morning. Hoping it's just a one off and not the start of a long fast. Serves me right for boasting that he's a really good feeder I suppose. Lol
He shed last week, so I know its not that. I posted a few days ago that he has put on 335g in just 5 weeks which I thought was a huge weight gain so I'm now thinking that he has been storing fat for this exact reason. Ahhh kinda makes sense now. Do they do that before fasting?
Ah I remember now about his growth spurt - not sure if they're known to put on a lot of weight before the fast, but a quick flick through my lot's records show them piling it on like nobody's business in the past couple of months. I reckon they know what they're doing ...
