i was quoted in a local rep shop that aspen bedding is not good for royals
i have never used but would like to change from wood chip
coul you give your advantages and dis about aspen for royals
and if not which is your best bedding |

aspen if fine for royals. i use it for all my snakes an think it looks nice in the vivs, cant compare it to anything else as its the only stuff ive used.

I like aspen too, for all my lot except the smallest corns, as I can't find their little budgie-droppings in it lol. |

Nothing wrong with aspen, would be interesting to find out why the shop suggested its no good. |

Probably can't get a good supply of aspen that shop
I use aubiose for all mine and never had any trouble with it |

Maybe shop is thinking if your going to feed in the viv? Small bits stick to the mouse/rat? I've just gone from orchid bark to aspen, easier to see the mess |

Yep, i use aspen, it looks great and its really absorbant for those little snakey accidents. makes spot cleaning nice and easy. Just scoop up the soiled aspen and chuck another handful in. |
