SO is this you have a Tarantula that you are selling, or you have just bought a Tarantula?
Its a nice Chilean, bet you close your eyes when that bum gets lifted like that, one stage before it throws its spears at you. My Chilean took its first meal in 7 months last night.

I have had it a while I rescued it from a local druggie was hoping to do something with it but it's to aggressive where I think it's been teased and tormented it basically attacks everything so I've decided to sale it on to someone with a love for arachnids that has more experience than I have. I'm asking £50.00 but that includes the small tank , hides ,water bowl and heat mat etc

Its stressed because the hide is too big and exposed and they need a layer of substrate at least the depth of their height as they do burrow, and as for heat mat, I'd ditch it, room temperature is fine for these T's. It might be easier to sell if you give it a month in a better setup as it should settle down. |

Cheers for that lotabob. It's better than how she first arrived to me all she had in the tank was just a piece of bark and a water dish . The first thing I done was provide a hide and blacked the sides and back of the tank to provide some privacy the last owners had a couple of kids and by all accounts they use to prod and poke her hence why she's aggressive. She has calmed down a lot since I first acquired her but she's still vey aggressive when ever you try to handle her so I choose to leave her alone just doing the necessarys in food and water changes. I'll add some substrate and I'll put another hide in. |

Ahh yeah a lot of Tarantulas are not great with handling, I only handle mine when I have no choice as they've ran at me or something. They are all display animals mainly and the odd rare one that will allow you to handle it. |

LOL!
Shop up the road is a spider specialist - once had some of these guys and I was sorely tempted, even though the operative word might have been ...well...sorely... |
