My Hugo is now 880g so last month I started feeding on a 10day routine instead of the previous 7 day routine that we were previously on. The first two feeds weren't a problem but I tried to feed him the other day and just wasn't interested, I even left the rat in the viv over night and removed it and binned it in the morning.
What I would like to know is should I just right that feed off and now wait another 10 days before offering his next meal or shall I try and feed earlier than another 10 days say at 5 days? So that would be 15 days not 20 days from his last feed?
Thanks

Sod him, he can wait until the next ten day mark, ungrateful bugger
In all seriousness though, skipping a meal is nothing - it's really up to you if you want to try him again tonight / tomorrow / the weekend / next weekend, etc. He might just have "not felt like eating" that day. See what his activity is like - mine let me know when they want feeding, they come out hunting on a night!
