Been in the pipeline a little while has this little one but as I have now brought him home I can officially introduce you all to Waka!
He is an Albino Horned Frog or Pacman Frog as they are also known.
Into his new house
Straight into the bath

Lol - I wondered - when I saw you were joining the Amphibian!
Congrats - he's very nice. A while back I was seriously tempted by an adult harlequin - awesome! The males chirp loudly at night - that would be so cool - well, to me and probably you too lol.

| The crickets sing me to sleep on a night so it would only add to the song if it had a good bass line lol. Waka is unsexed but I will be thinking of him as a he for now and when he gets a bit bigger maybe he will shout across and let me know he is a boy. I've always loved frogs but got the chance to get this little guy for an absolute steal so had no choice but to add him to the family. |

| Thanks everyone he really is so much more vividly coloured than these pictures show too, I think he might be glow in the dark lol. I will keep you posted how he gets on or more to the point how I get on with him, I got lucky that I set up his tub on coasters on top of the royal viv and got a perfect 27oC hot side 23oC cold end which was brilliant, and being an Albino he can't have UV or he'll sizzle and go blind so I have to use supplements to keep him from crumbling. Loving my first steps into Amphibianismismisms though. |
