I have cleaned him out today and weighed him while he was out, 15 grams. So anyway tonight I thought I'd offer him a roach, as they burrow into the substrate and are gone forever I offer on tongs, anyway he saw it coming and puffed himself up all big, I held back so he could see it was food and he lunged forward barking, it was the funniest thing I've ever heard but as its a sign he is scared I backed off and the roach lives another day. I wish I'd have been filming though.

are you sure it wasn't the dog throwing its voice, still upset from losing the snake staring contest last night....
