its taken me ages to persuade my mum to let me have one in the house.
you can handle them as they are less likley to sting you but they are apparently very skittish an will try an run |

| Its got a really skinny tail, I think that makes it faster if I remember rightly but its got some good sized pincers so the venom shouldn't be too strong. |

been doing a load of research and hes is a male banded flat rock(Hadogenes paucidens) from what ive read their sting/venom is fairly weak an would be like a pinpríck to some people or feel like stinging nettles to others unless your allergic to bee stings ect

Yeah, the general rule is that the smaller the sting, the weaker the venom but the larger the pincers are. His nip'll be worse!
He's looks nice though. I like his blueish clour : ) Have you actually held him yet? |

thanks, not held him yet as got him home an was messing around with his setup so leaving him to settle for a while.
even though he has fairly large pincers and a stinger he bothers me much less than my chilean rose.
he was out an about on his rocks last night but still aint caught the cricket thats hiding in there
