Sorry I havent posted for a while, been busy. Just thought I`ll pop in and post a few pics of my first ever clutch that started to hatch. The pairing was a Pastel Lesser to an Enchi and Bumblebee male. By the looks of it, I can say the Bee is the Daddy. Hope you enjoy.

I`ll post some updates as soon as all the hatchlings are out.

Nice!

I was considering breeding myself, although I would only have been breeding normals to start with. I just wanted to ask if you have any problems getting them rehomed? Its just I know with normals it would probably be a lot harder than with morphs. Do you just contact pet centres? And post adverts?

And would you recommend I get a female morph to breed instead of normals? Im itching to breed but dont want to end up with 6 new pets lol.

Well about the rehoming them, I cant really say yet as its my first clutch. But I think Ill find out soon. I first have to see what Im keeping(the way I feel now Ill keep all of them lol) and then Ill start advertising. I have a deal with a petshop nearby that said they`ll wholesale the ones I cant sell.
To be honest there are loads of people who cant afford or dont even like morphs and who would be more than happy with just a little normal.
If you want to breed one day, breed what YOU like and want, NOT what you think will sell easy.

Very valid point dude. Well Im not doing it for the money, just would love to have the experience, Id be more than happy to give away the babies if there was no buyers. Well i'll get myself a nice female and hopefully get a clutch this year! Cant wait! :0)

@ Cookie, I forgot to mention the pet shop that I will be selling Royals to, is not your ordinary pet shop that sell all kinds of animals. They specialise only in reptiles and Ive been to that pet shop a couple of times and the animals are kept clean are well looked after.
Well here are some pics as promised.

Thanks for looking.

Lesser bee's :O. Absolutely love them! (SOOO jealous right now) Congrats on a gorgeous clutch!
Where will the little lovelies be going if toucan resist keeping them all? If its just a specialist reptile shop would be good to know so can look at availability on the future

Your very lucky to have a good shop to take them to. I'm in the process of contacting a few stores nearby for their interest before I consider it. Them wee dudes are amazing looking! I love the Bee's they're awesome looking!

Im not very clued up on Morphs, can anyone say what these dudes are? :0)
