Posted - 17/04/2013 : 17:32:10 just got home from work an checked on my possibly gravid asian forest and she is giving birth. could see one baby through the tub so guessing she has just started, now i need to leave her alone so she doesn't get stressed an eat them, i may be slightly exited at the moment. pic's to follow later or tomorrow when she's finished |

I can't stand scorpions, spiders and all that sort of thing but even I find these pictures interesting! Do they give birth to live young in the same way mammals do?
yes they come out live then crawl onto her back, in a couple of pic's you can just see where one has come out an she has caught it on her front leg's |
