just got home from work an checked on my possibly gravid asian forest and she is giving birth. could see one baby through the tub so guessing she has just started, now i need to leave her alone so she doesn't get stressed an eat them, i may be slightly exited at the moment. pic's to follow later or tomorrow when she's finished |

just had a quick look through the rub can definitely see 3 possibly 4 scorpling's |

they do look very cool, first time ive seen baby scorps in the flesh. will probably keep a couple of them an sell the rest of them |

That's amazing, I really want to breed some of these eventually. Rack build needed first though.

thank's all. i plan to breed a few different one's just need to buy some more to complete my breeding pair's/group's just got up for work an checked on her she is still giving birth, there's got to be 12+ on her back an more coming

update. she has now finished giving birth and a rough count there is 26 on her back but may be more underneath, she seem's fine and have just taken a pre killed cricket

I can't stand scorpions, spiders and all that sort of thing but even I find these pictures interesting! Do they give birth to live young in the same way mammals do? |

yes they come out live then crawl onto her back, in a couple of pic's you can just see where one has come out an she has caught it on her front leg's |

all the baby's have now moulted for the first time and when i checked last night some of them are starting to move about in the tub but not going far away from mum yet
