Rambo has just shed, I waited about half hour then carefully lifted him out then took all the skin but couldn't see any wee or poo, after looking at his skin I noticed a very small bit of blood at the tail I assume came from his rear end, should I be concerned? Could he be a she? Does that even happen to female snakes?

Happens to mine sometimes too. Nothing to worry about.

It's totally normal, or happens often enough to not be anything to worry about, it's where the shed comes away inside the vent they can bleed a tiny bit. My corn snake has this on every shed. It's not really an indicator of sex and not related to their breeding cycle.
