I know we are some way off yet, but do you guys who have had your Royals for a while drop the temps ove the winter months even if your not breeding?
Is it just best to leave them the same all year?

yep that is very true...

i have no plans to breed Bliss next year, i want to get her weight and condition right first...and on advise am not breeding her till year after..

As above, if you're not planning on breeding them in the spring then keep them the same.

anything i'm not breeding from will keep their temps as normal through winter, although the daylight length also affects (and can induce) brumation too............
