I know we are some way off yet, but do you guys who have had your Royals for a while drop the temps ove the winter months even if your not breeding? Is it just best to leave them the same all year? |

anything i'm not breeding from will keep their temps as normal through winter, although the daylight length also affects (and can induce) brumation too............ |

As above, if you're not planning on breeding them in the spring then keep them the same. |

Yep you may be alright is Bliss feels the same, otherwise you can wait until the next year and try again. |

yep that is very true...
i have no plans to breed Bliss next year, i want to get her weight and condition right first...and on advise am not breeding her till year after.. |
