Posted - 11/09/2009 : 22:14:01 I've had my Royal for about 2 months, and he's about 5 months old, measuring about 15" long,i have a light chipping substrate and recently,he's started burrowing under it.Can anyone tell me why he's doing this and is it normal Royal behaviour? Many thanks. |

Posted - 12/09/2009 : 18:41:23 Thanks for the replies guys. The hide i have is 'perfect' according to the shop i got it from and the substrate isn't holding down the heat, with the hot end temp being 85 degrees. He doesn't do it all the time, and seems very happy to shelter in his hide.I'm bemused |

Has he got good hides (as in the right size) ? |
