hi can anyone tell wot is the best way to keep the humidity up,
mine is 41% and wonderd how to get it up. thanx.

Are you sure its a hygrometer and not a min max digital thermometer, only 88 degF is pretty much 32degC

its a digital one i only put it in this afternoon,
i never used one before, it reading 32 now,
ive put the sensor on the substrait in the
middle of the viv, there is three settings
onit, current min and max and its on current,
it got to be somthin ive done lol, the temp
is 88

Ok your water dish is in the cool end. What type of hygrometer are you using? if its a dial type I would throw it away and get a digital type before doing anything at all.

Is it a digital or a dial hygrometer? Dial type tend not to be very accurate. To show you just how bad they are I have a digital and a dial type in my animal room, the digital is currently reading 47% and the dial is showing 65%. If it is a digital hygrometer your using then you could move the water dish closer to the warmer end if its not already there.

i brought a hygrometer to day and that is wot it is reading,
or is there a better way to do it.

How are you measuring it, 41% is less than normal room humidity?
