Posted - 14/11/2009 : 14:06:24 I keep all of mine outside. I have all the walls and roof well insulated and the viv's are raised up off the floor. For heating I use an air-con unit so I can keep a constant temp all year round by heating or cooling. Air-con units are fairly expensive to buy but give good savings to run. They work on a 3:1 ratio meaning to get equivalent to 3kw output it only uses 1kw of electricity.
