ive had my royal for 6 days now and he is still hiding away in his hive i have feed him and he did eat it.. should i just take him out of leave him till he is ready?? |

yeah all be said above. with hatchlings i would leave any handling until they have had 3 or 4 consecutive feeds. giving them a good chance to settle and start to develop a feeding pattern. |

Bear in mind they are nocturnal animals and try to keep any handling to a minimum for a few weeks and leave it until evening when you do congrats and enjoy your new Royal :) |

ive lifted the hive up and he looks ok he did crul up more think i woke him poor thing.. |

its so tempting isnt it lol if ur able to look with out disturbing him ?? or just wait and have a look about 11ish at night maybe later when every one is a sleep |
