Hi how do I feed 2 mice in one sitting? I couldn't get Kane's normal meal size today so was advised to feed him 2 smaller ones but ive never done this before, how do I get him to take two?

I usually feed mine two rats for some reason he won't take bigger ones I try to feed about 90g per meal Wich is about 11% of his body weight but I've offered countless amounts of 90g rats and he's not interested not even I leave them in overnight but I feed him 2x 45g rats he will strike both of them no problems. I usually feed 1 then offer 2nd about an hour later and never had a problem

Oh good lad - yes, it depends on the snake, but if it's still peckish there's usually no problem in getting it to take another rodent. With my colubrids I just stick both rodents in at once; with the pythons, if they're on two per meal, I wait and offer a second once the first is down.

I've tried that one time with Blitz, two live hamsters.
gave him first one, and after he finished i waited one hour and then gave him the second.

He's taken them both he didn't strike at the second but kinda grabbed it and constricted.

When I have done this in the past offer one as usual when they have finished offer the second but I found mine wouldn't strike the second had to leave it in the tank
