hi all tonights the night that im going to try n feed Rudy his rat pup tried last week but he turned it down just going to have my tea then will give it a go FINGERS CROSSED!!!!!!!

tried him again with a fuzzy mouse this time and didnt even look interested i put him in a small box with it and at one point he even had his head rested on it so going to leave it in viv over night and if still there tomorrow will take it out and leave him alone till monday!!!frustrating but its all about having patience! |

hi there im going to try Rudi on another rat pup tomorrow night and see if he"ll take it fingers crossed ive had him coverd up since last thurs havent even peeked should i keep him coverd after trying or remove the cover for good cos were mising him~??? |

Next time you feed him, split the front of the head with a knife or something so a bit of rat blood or whatever comes out,
Let him sniff it and hopefully come to it, if he shows interest but does not take it, then dont give up..
keeping the rat down on his level, just gently nudge the side of his neck with it around an inch and a half down...( Piers need foreign measurements to )
Doing this has been known to trigger the feeding response, make sure you dont have any fingers in the way... |

hi all had a look in the viv this morning he hadnt touched the rat pup so took it out not going to bother him now till wednesday got the viv coverd up oh yeah i also weighed him hes 60 grams!!! |

i use the little telephone cable clips to secure wires to the wall..
Not sure what BE or Daz use.. |
