Just wondering what you pay really I'm lucky as we have a whole sale outlet about
3 miles away that's sells to the public

So I get my rats the same price as what the shop near me gets them from and they whack an extra 110% on top

So yesterday I got
24 30g-60g small rats weaners 68p
And
4 large rat weaners 60g-100g 80p

And they cost me £16.12

No potato waffles eh??

Does this herald a Lotlessbob??

(Never mind - you can always buy spuds and fry up some chips.)
MrsA82 Posted - 28/05/2011 : 16:29:15
oh no i dont mean to waffle on but you need space for the
potato waffles
things you do for snake hey lol

OK I bought Duke the wrong sized adults, the shop held up mediums and I didn't spot this fact so had to go buy some of the right size. And Sanke's rat fluffs were titchy for her so she gets the next size up too.

5XSmall Adult rats and 5Xsmall weaner rats = £18.75

I'm not too worried, at the rate of Dukes expansion he'll be on those mediums in a few months but having 5 Chihuahua sized rodents in the freezer limits space, throw in 5 weaner rats, 4 rat fluff, 1 large mouse, 5 medium mice and there is no room for my potato waffles.

I paid quite a bit for mine but recently ordered from 888pets off of ebay, delivery is really cheap. they were not the best rodents i have seen, but the corn seems to be muchhing them down well, they had begun to defrost a little but were still very very cold.. So will try them again...

That baby rat is terribly cute... although i must admit that i do find some of the frozen poses to be highly amusing... ;-)

Oh I do agree
Lol

I wouldn't have been chuffed knowing that the crown jewels were broken even tho ratty was doa
Would have thought it would have been a PLUM decision to feed it to snakey
How did you get on bob
n/a Posted - 26/05/2011 : 22:55:44
Yeah, I agree, all right talking about it, but as far as ratty's concerned, the pen...is mightier than the word, eh?
MrsA82 Posted - 26/05/2011 : 22:46:54
Yep they well and truly knackered it
n/a Posted - 26/05/2011 : 22:44:30
Yeah, they could've treated even a rat with dignity eh?

Makes a vas differens??
MrsA82 Posted - 26/05/2011 : 22:32:52

n/a Posted - 26/05/2011 : 22:16:42
Umm, distressing, I agree. 'Spermanent damage, after all.
Lotabob Posted - 26/05/2011 : 22:01:14
They really need to be more careful even around frozen veg. Noone wants to see rodent scrambled eggs
n/a Posted - 26/05/2011 : 21:40:37
Ouch! Poor ratty! But probably happened during packaging - he will be in rat heaven, frolicking with ratty beauties and unaware of the fate of his earthly courting tackle.
Lotabob Posted - 26/05/2011 : 21:35:42
One of the rats I bought has had it frozen testicles smashed in, brought a tear to my eye. Won't be pretty when defrosted.

That rat is beautiful, just like my old one, they are brilliant pets, i've just got one out of the freezer, i try not to look at it, hope Zuri appreciates it tomorrow. I paid 1.50p for xl mouse (for corn) more than i usually pay, thought i would try diff. shop but they dont sell rats so will keep looking
Lotabob Posted - 26/05/2011 : 19:05:59

MrsA82 if i didn't live so far away i'd be round yours in a shot to buy that rat off you. Not sure my current rat would like the company though.
