hey guys i have a royal tht is about 13months old,i have gave her a feed today my first time of feeding a royal and she took it well, she is on medium mice which im not sure if its big enough for her, there is no real visable lump and she is still climbing about the viv and on the glass should i give her another or is she just unsettled from it being her first feed in a different environment? havent got a clue what to do i dont want to over feed her but would she take another if she wasnt hungry like a greedy corn would?

the prey should be roughly the same size as the snakes body at its widest point...

hmmm!

she could be hungry.

Maybe try getting her on rat weaners.

small to start with, but if i am wrong someone will say so
also at that weight, you could try feeding her every five days.

well someone on here (sorry i cant remember who) said to feed every 5 days until they are 400g (i think that was the weight).
prey should weigh 10% of the snakes weight.
my royal weighs 160g and i am feeding him on 2 large adult mice every 5 days. hope that helps a little?
