"Mum, i know how bad kids are made"

i sat there thinking, here we go..lol..i am going to have to explain stuff to him

I replied

I laughed so hard..

Then he asked was it right?..lol..

We dropped a foster cat off to her owners after the kittens were old enough (she couldnt afford to rear the kittens herself) and she was speyed and had a shaved patch on her side.

One of the little boys asked what it was and i told him she had, had an operation so she cant have any more babies ... to which he replied ...'Does that mean she's a boy now?'

I left that to the parents to explain, lol

Ant.

lol kids are great sometimes aren't they?
i remember being on a bus several years ago with my eldest.
there was also a heavily pregnant lady on the bus too.
Nik asked me (very loudly i might add) "Mummy, why is that lady so fat?"
to which i replied: "honey, she's not fat, she's got a baby in her tummy."
he sat looking pensive for a while then said:
"Mummy, did she eat the baby?"

he also used to argue very vehemently that eggs grew on trees, and the reason why fish dont have fingers is because we cut them off (he then refused to eat fish fingers for a few months)

My son refers to 'The Jeremy Kyle Show' as 'The Arguement Show' - and any disagreement in our family needs to be sorted out here - according to him!

Oh man, this reminds me of my son's question to me when he was 2 years old:

"Does our blood shake when we burp?"

Do you know that I googled that question, went through several human body encyclopedias, everything, and I can't find an answer to that question?

I'm going to do a fire walk for charity next month and we where telling the kids all about it. My 5 year old is convinced I'm going to die. "because people cant walk on fire they get burned." I told him it would be ok I'll be fine I'll go very quickly and if I burn my feet then I can walk on water. Of this then meant that I was going to drown.

But to top it all off, him and his sister started a conversation " if daddy dies then I can keep his fish and you can have his snake" LOL
