hi all ive had my royal for about 5 weeks now and for the first 2 weeks he ait straight away, first one was a mouse and the second was a rat pup, but for the last 3 weeks he just looks at it and goes into his hide, ive tryed difrant sizes and have braned one aswel and nothing just doesnt want to know.
could you help plz.

he was just over 100g 3 weeks ago, and i was told he was hatched mid to late 08.

that is very light for a 08,i expect he had not been feeding properly before you got him

As above, that's very light, can you tell us what you have tried so far?

Also, what's your setup like?

i got red heat light at 88, a hide on each side a branch and water bowl.
i have fed him on rat pups, but last few weeks not wanted to know so i tryed him on a mouse lastnight and also brained it to and still no gud.

i take it he is in a viv. maybe put him in a 9l RUB packed with hides and vines and things on a heat mat at 88-90f leave for a week and try again it worked for me.

the viv is only 28inches by 18 x 18 is that to big u think 4 him,
wot size food do u think would be ideal 4 him then.

too big for now yes. as above 9L RUB would be perfect. i would probaly go for rat pups for the first couple of feeds

and wot size heat mat should i use as i
have never used one before so dont know
how to set them up, or any pic that could
