hey i was just wondering does any no if the royals like going in the bath with a small bit of warm water cuz i was lookin on you tube and loadz of people have done it. just wondering thats all cuz it loos like the royal was enjoying it
Some do some dont,the only way to find out is to try.Only have it as deep as the snake and luke warm.It's only really needed prior to shedding and will also sometimes help them to poo.hth
i have just taken out my adult female out of the bath. it was her first bath with me and she seemed to like it. laid still for a few minutes then had a good explore/swim for 10 mins then let her slide thru a towel to dry off.
she had blue eye on saturday so hopefully this will help her shed.
Has the snake got a climbing place? They love to climb, but make sure its not too high (half the snakes hight is ok). They are not good at it so fall often to my ammusement
I've never bathed my royal but the corns and Dumerils seem to enjoy it. i'm more worried about keeping the royal feeding regularly and don't want to upset him, he's only an 08.
