hey guys and gals just wondering i picked up my new royal today with a whole new set up. everything's been on for about 10 hours now but i seem to have alot of condensation would it be cuz its all new any advice is appriciated

It's probably the subtrate just drying out,are using the moist brown bark?or do you have the water bowle on the heat pad?oh congrats on your new arrival.

yeah i am using moist brown bark when i took the substrate out out of the bag it was all condensated in the bag. i have one hide in the cold end just behind her water bowl and 1 hide in the warm end over the heat mat. how much water should i put in the dish.

Orchid bark is always very moist when you first get it. If I ever use it I bake it first to get rid of the moisture and also any mites.

i usually just leave it in if it's still too wet and wipe round the viv/tub/RUB once or twice a day till the humidity settles down
