I have used them. How ever i am now gonna use aspen cos of the issue with feeding in the vivs.
my 08 will only feed in her viv so had to keep covering it up to prevent impaction.

yes they're fine for Royals although I'd buy medium or coarse grade (the fine stuff is better for small corns and little snakes) |

i have the course stuff, when i got monty home i open the doors to look at him and i found the bloke was using pine shavings in the tank and that is not good for them is it will he be ok cos i dont now how long he has been using it for him

the corn i recently rehomed had been kept on pine shavings for about a year and had developed a chronic sounding wheeze. 2 weeks on paper as substrate and he's as good as new |

yeah just newspaper, no dust, no toxic fumes, easy to monitor any poo or wee/urate and easy to replace.
Marilyn's on paper, Oscar the rehomed corn and all 3 yearling corns are too. They've got shredded paper from the office to burrow in on top of a sheet of newspaper |
