Hello everyone, this is probably a stupid question but I want to be sure about it anyway. My python Monty was wrapped around my wrist, he turned to me and "yawned" Is this normal?

Mine do to relocate their jaws after feeding but do it now and then anyway.

If he keeps doing it, or holds his mouth open a lot then it might be a problem but the occasional yawn is fine.

agree with Mulv most often seen after feeding, sometimes at random times too but if it's accompanied with a wheeze or snot/bubbles from the mouth or nose then it sounds more like an RI
