Hi, Kali is due for her first feed on Thursday and all going well due to be handled a couple of days later. She seems to go against the norm and I think, no I know she is going to bite me. This does not bother me,the question I am asking is what is the best way to get her off once she has got a hold of me.
Does she seem agressive towards you? Alcohol is a goot way to get them off, a quick dab on the end of the nose. They hate the stuff. And cold water on their body isnt very nice for them eather. If its a feeding response he should let go once he realises you dont taste nice, if hes scared and defensive, he may strike muliple times.
