ive read that giving the snake a luke warm bath help but are u aloud to touch the snake with your hands or should u use a towel at all times?

Hi and welcome to the forum,how about introducing your self in the introduction section,so we know abit about your snake.If your snake is a problem shedder it could help to put a tub in with some damp moss in.A warmish shallow bath will help too,do this after there eyes have cleared and its fine to handle them.

the corn i rehomed can with a patchy shed and several layers still stuck to the tip of his tail. after your royal's settled in bathing is a good way to get the stuck shed off. after about 10 mins you could try gently stroking the unshed skin with a flannel to try to remove it. they're fine to be handled and letting him work his way through a towel afterwards should get it off.
