I would follow be's advice and feed every 5 day until she reaches 400grams and then every 7 days.

Yes, I would go for something around:

0-400g - every 5 days
400-800g - every 7 days
800-1200g - every 10 days
>1200g - every 14 days

Something around those figures, obviously there are no set rules and in the wild they don't get regular feeds.
