just found some old bog wood (that i got for my fish tank a couple of years ago but it turned the water brown) in the trees in my garden from wen i chucked it out.
it had a few bugs on it and a few white balls(spiders egg sacks?) in the cracks.
soaked it in a bath of hot water and scrubbed it, then baked it at 150-180*C for a hour and a half.
