I apologise if this has been asked before. Am new here, had a quick check on previous posts and couldn't see anyone asking the same thing.
I have redesigned my royals tank and did my best to make it as natural for him as possible. I have copied what I have seen online which is aspen substrate in the hot end and repti bark in the cold end.
I keep his humidity at 60% for everyday and a little higher for shedding. I spray the cold end of the tank a little and have the hygrometer in the cold end also.
Here is the issue. ...my wife says that I should spray the hot end if the tank to produce humidity and therefore the repti bark and hygrometer should be in the hot end.
I'm worried that I have followed the wrong advice. Please help

IMO

Your fine doing things as you are. There'd be no problem spraying the warm side down a little but if things are working for you, don't worry

Oh yeah, welcome btw
