Hi my young hog have just taken it's first pinky with no sent of lance fish on it ..She now weighs 10g and doing well.

Congrats on the first feed
Just to let you know hoggies are like royals with temperature as well as fasting and been fussy feeders some times
10g for a hatchling is about right
They don't put on much to start with as the meal size is very small as well
It's always better to feed smaller feeds more often than big meal every week
Our adults have one every 7 days and the smaller ones are on 5 days
When they were hatchlings they were on every 3 days
They have very fast metabolisms
Unlike royals

Can't wait for the pictures :)
